All of our pieces are constructed from premium grade, southern yellow pine. The attention we devote to the components incorporated into our products insures many years of use. Stainless steel or ceramic coated screws and zinc-plated bolts are used to avoid rusting, while hinges and bearing arms have a powder coated finish. We recommend using a top brand stain or paint to preserve your unit from sun damage or let it weather naturally to a driftwood gray over time.
